We are Brussels-based specialty coffee roasters with a passion for flavour and a deep commitment to the entire coffee chain. That’s why we build long-term partnerships with coffee farmers and cooperatives. We pay a fair price for their coffee, often with pre-financing.

We roast our coffee on a refurbished Probat coffee roaster from the 1960s. For each coffee, we develop a unique roast profile tailored to the origin of the beans and the brew method.
